Hello, we made a office zones like Matison's one. We made some buildings for start with LumpRee Rock Fort. It is [u]not influences noises or pollutions[/u] and[u] works like industrial[/u]. Has a realy small plugin space like [u]192x392[/u] for just now. There are T,TT and TTT offices for all demands.

Hello! This is my new plugin. In this pack, I've included 2 buildings who are essentially made of glass. The green roof one has around 90 employees, and the grey roof one has around 50. They are all TT (level 2). Night animation included. All was made by me.

This is my new plugin: a 3x3 animated blue tower with square patterns on it.

It is based on a real building which is located in Belgium.

It is on a 3x3 tile and it has animations so it has 4 variations.

So, with this being my first plugin in almost 6 months and the anniversary plugin of my first plugin I'm honored to present you, the Blue Water Tower It is not a special plugin realy, just a reskin of the in game (white) water tower, do not be deceived by my words. It has the usual stats of your common-sight water tower but a price of 799 !! As always the de facto texture's creators are Lobby&Theo. /Screenshot

Hi, there! Here I bring you a very iconic skyscrapper from my country. The Bouchard Tower is the headquarters of Aerolíneas Argentinas (Argentinian Airlines). It is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was built in 1994 and its height is of 110 metres (360 feet).

It's a 4x4 commercial building. It even has got night lights!

Boundary by Caliber v.1.1

This is my FIRST PLUGIN Thank you Lobby for your help.

Used to place boundary line in the map and minimap. Oh i forgot place the road first if you want to place the boundary, it's also work in decorations, railways, roads, tunnels and bridges. All vehicles can cross in boundary line don't worry. You can make broken line as you can see in Google Map.

I inspired in the military and airport zone. Actually i already use these two as boundary of my city. I'm not satisfied in military zone because the vehicles can't cross except the service vehicles. So I decided to make a boundary as a zone with different colors.

Enjoy! I know my plugin is not really good but I hope you like it.

Hi, here I have a Breakwater/Seawall Set for your coastlines. It appears in the park menu. It contains a set of straights (with and without a signalling lamp), inner corners, outer corners (all to be placed on the water tile next to the shore) and an endpiece (to be placed on land). You have to rotate the pieces to the desired orientation and puzzle together your custom coastlines. It might seem a bit complicated but it gets pretty easy and quick once you get the hang of it ;) Please note that the seawall only looks good, if the coast tile next to it is covered by another piece from the game, a street or a plaza etc. Bare land next to the pieces will leave gaps and look weird. ALternatively, you can also place the pieces back to back in order to create slimmer dams.

The Set is inspired by a Set for Simcity 4 which was made by a player named Jeronij: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=112 However, I modeled all the pieces in this set from scratch for Theotown.

The set is, in my eyes, equally well suited for urban and for more rural or industrial settings (See images below).

This is my last plugin, 4x4 sized building for densed areas. Is a brick apartments similar to those buildings on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Is TTT level and the capacity is of 5000 inhabitants.
