I just realised I haven't posted any plugins on the forum so here's a collection of the ones I've done so far and a bonus one I never uploaded. It includes a: Starbucks, Londis, McDonalds, KFC, Asda, Methodist Church and a Cult dwelling.

Hello friends! Today I bring you the 2nd to last building for the Theotown WTC. 7 World Trade Center! The building has an interesting trapezoidal shape, and is the smoking gun for 9/11 truthers, as it collapsed with seemingly nothing wrong with it (until you do a bit of research, then you see the building had the right preconditions for a collapse...). There were no casualities in this resulting from its collapse. Speaking of this building, it was the only building, besides the Twin Towers, to collapse that day. However, many others were, infact, in danger of collapse... NF 9/11/01!

This building was 47 stories tall and just under half the height of the twin towers. It had a Con-Edison substation designed for 25 stories, so a different construction design had to be used to support 47. The U.S Secret Service owned a few floors. It was made of granite and steel.

The 7 World Trade Center is a trapezoidal shaped tower just outside the WTC Complex, It sits directly north of the complex. The building is owned by Larry Silverstein and leased to the Port Authority. It was destroyed during the events of 9/11.

Again, The original owner is WarshipPro987 and this is just a remake by me.

Today, I am publishing 747 Folsom, a plugin that is 3 stories as the shortest to 10 stories as the tallest. There is also a commercial variant in this plugin. It contains 1x1 3 and 4 story parts, a 3-story commercial part, a 4 2x2 3-story corners, and also includes 6-story, 8-story, and a 10-story parts. You can use it to build a masterpiece as shown in the photo. The finished masterpiece is 8x5 in tiles. You can alter the masterpiece to 6x5 or build a long complex. Supports T, TT, & TTT. I originally would haved included it in the previous pack, but I made it into a standalone plugin. So, enjoy it!

Yay! The 2nd plugin in the same day... Presenting: The Big Park: for Big Cities. This park have a 8x8 size, and gives 50 park influence! Yays! Sorry for the precary grass Textures, Its my second plugin and i am aperfectioning. :)

Attention: By a error in texture, I've been forced to make a 8x8 park, and the correct is 4x4.

This is a full-fledged, independent (in contrast to the old addon) metro system. Many thanks to Chanxin for the layout of the textures. There are 4 models of metro trains dating back to the 1960s up to our time. The bridge for the bridge was the Novosibirsk metro bridge, the longest metro bridge in the world.

Personally, I made this plugin because I thought the road graphics were off.

Example: On a two way expressway, the median is dotted. But one a four lane highway (one side has two lanes), we instead have a straight, undisturbed line splitting the lanes in half? Even if I wasn't American, I'd still think these graphics wouldn't make any sense.

So instead, I just remade the road graphics by overriding the vanilla roads and putting a more logical texture on them. The roads from Neighborhood Roads can also be found here, with textures that go along with these.

Also, texture, resource, or graphics plugins should be a thing because there are some things that don't even use these textures, such as premade intersections...Not to mention, if any region disallows plugins, these roads can NOT be used, and you will have to disable them.

Another note, you cannot use both Neighborhood Roads and Refreshed Roads at the same time!

The Abasto Market is located in the Almagro neighbourhood, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was built in 1934 as a fruit and vegetable provider market until it closed in 1984. Since 1998 and nowadays, it is a shopping center. There are two 7x7 commercial buildings which they must be together as it is in the thumbnail.

And it also has got night animations!
