Here is my new plugin : a modulable firestation .

It is divided into 6 2x2 parts and 6 1x1 parts .

It has : - A old NYC-looking part with water tank ( 2 directions) - A modern part with helipad (2 directions ) - A garage part ( 2 directions ) - 6 1x1 special firestation parking lots

I have did this plugin a long time ago around 3-4 months now , but i updated it because the original version was looking so bad ( lack of details , lack of shadows )

The old and new part have 150 fire brigade effects , the garages and parkings lots are decoratives

This is my new plugin: a modulable French House building from Dieppe, Normandy.

The idea was suggested by Yusuf and by TheRangerRS on discord . The main idea was to have the 4 corners available and backwards faced buildings . Only Montemarino did similar buildings ( his Paris houses )

I decided to try to make them , and i decided to make some sort of generic looking building which could fit well with my other buildings from the French Package . I decided to go with this brick-looking house , since i'm improve my brick texture texturing . The building is based on one from Dieppe .

The building is a TT level . Every frames with the same size are on the same image on the building selection menu ( choosable buildings )

So as said previously , you can make a modular large buildings using the parts provided in this plugin .

It contains:

• 6 1x1 parts for each color ( 4 corners + 2 faces , since they can be used as backward faced building )
• 4 2x2 corner parts for each color , compatible with the 1x1 buildings
• a 3x3 building for each color for lazy people who want to make blocks easily :)

After many hours of work, here is my biggest plugin, which has a new, brighter, and more realistic texture, and which can spawns an ambulance.

The plugin has 10 part, but just 3 (the entrance, and the 1. and 2. part) needs a road connection. You can make it more realistic with parks and parking tiles. You can find a guide, which shows you, how to build your dream hospital.

You can find:

• 10 part (entrance, some part with helipad)
• a guide to show, how to build your hospital
• an entrance, which spawns an OMSZ ambulance

Hello , here is my new plugin: a modulable Japanese apartment building.

Its currently my 49th Japanese building.

I originally planned to put in the Japanese pack #2 , but following my tradition of modulable plugins having their own standalone pack i made it standalone .

It is based on a real building in Tokyo . I wanted to make those generic apartment buildings with "sloped" floors , with the 4 corners done . I plan to make more corner buildings in the future.

This plugin includes 10 2x2 parts . The building is residential TT and provides home for 80 people.

The ground is removed , allowing you to use different sort of grounds .

I might in the future make other colors variants , such as red or grey ; and maybe as well do height variations .

Here's my new plugin : a modulable Parisian Haussmanian appartement building .

I wanted to make it usable with Montemarino's other Parisian buildings ( like the ones in-game and the others ones available as plugins on the forum ) , but unfortunatly my building is higher , but it was required to implement enough details.

It is a TTT- level residential building .

Contains:

• 6x 1x1 frames
• 4x 2x2 frames
• 1x 3x3 frames

No snow graphics or night graphics included. No animations included.

This plugin includes 5 roof variation, 1 facade variation, a park and it's own category.

All buildings are 2x2 and has low/high education influence with performance.

This is my new plugin: a modulable Shopping Mall. The idea was proposed by Themax in Discord.

The buildings are not in commercial , they are only decorations with some effects like park , management , culture , ... It has his own category . Credits for Theo and Lobby for the Star logo which is featured on an actual in-game massive shopping mall .

So this package provides:

• A 1x1 small piece for helping to create shape of the building ( no effects )
• A 2x2 shop building in 2 directions ;

You can create your own shop if you want from using them as template . Here is the template building : ( In the Json code , you must add this line < "category":"$cat_shopping_mall" ,>if you want that your building go into the shopping mall category )

• two 2x2 corners building for helping to create the shape of the building ( no effects )
• two 2x2 glass dome buildings ( one with a better front , using a logo from an actual in-game shopping mall )
• a 2x2 warehouse , turned into shops , in 2 directions
• a 3x3 entry , which is the first building required for buildings the others . Better effects than the others buildings . In 2 directions .

Here is my new plugin : a modulable industrial warehouse , inspired by 2 real ones in Salt Lake City

Just a small modulable warehouse pack . The buildings are very simple , but you can create different looking buildings using the parts .

It is inspired by some warehouses i found , during Google Maps researches in Salt Lake City . I wanted to do some sort of modulable / customisable warehouse for quite some time . I believe it will be very useful for people who want to make custom factories .

The pack contains 3 2x2 parts , and 6 1x1 small extensions parts . They are all TT- level , and the 1x1 parts are "draw ground" : "true " , allowing to use any sort of ground .

Night and Snow graphics aren't included .

Hello everyone, I'm back again after along time :)
and im here again to upload and introduce to all plugin users my latest update of my existed Modern Airport terminal.There are changes happen some buildings are removed to Add more buildings.A little adjustment happen to terminals roof to look better than the old one.
first at all, i changed the roof's glass windows and make it a little darker, and also changed the roof texture of the hangars to curved as the texture of the terminal to be more realistic and add a little features at the back of it.
second, The 9 variation of control tower are removed And decided to have 1 control tower that fitted in every components of the terminal.
third, Add more variety of the terminal components such as.. Cross and T-shaped terminal for intersection and L-shaped terminal for the corners.
second to the last, The the addition of jetway system. Old jeyway are removed and created 1x1 of it instead 3x3 and now jetways are now supported in road decoration, you can now place road connection under it. you may all see them at the jetway system Tab/category
And lastly, i made new Category for all of this and of course now it has own icon than the old one.

You may find it from the features tab.

As per the name, the architecture is neoclassical or classical revivalist, with some Baroque influence as well. It is not entirely copied off of one place, but it is inspired by various structures including St Paul's Cathedral (London), the Panthéon (Paris), the Church of the Madeleine (Paris), and the U.S. Capitol Building (Washington). These structures can all be fairly faithfully recreated with this plugin.

I upload this plugin on the forums so you can examine the files if you wish. You may adapt the graphics or code for your own plugins but please credit me if it has made significant contribution. This is my new modular pier plugin :) It's still in beta, so it's not completely finished yet.

It is a modular racetrack with some deco elements to spice it up. The racetrack itself is basically a oneway road and it comes in two variants: The fast racetrack and a slower pitlane. The leaderboard acts as a car spawner. Place at least two of them as far away from each other right next to your racetrack. They should spawn two cars each which will then "race" to the next leaderboard. The set contains three different racing cars that can be spawned randomly. Additionally, I've added a rotation aware pit-building and some stands for spectators which are based on the stadium by Lobby and Theo. The stands also have some of my fences in front of them. The pit-building and the stands are part of the second zip below. They are not needed for the track to work. I recommend using this set together with my fence pack and my traffic barriers. You can also use decals to change the ground and add some gravelpits to the track.

UPDATE: Due to popular request I've decided to add an alternative version (F1_Racing_mdk_813_ALT.zip) that uses targets in the car spawner which should make cars spawn quicker. The target is a rotation aware starting light which I suggest you place next to a long straight. It is still recommended to place two or three spawners (the leaderboard) around the track.

This alternative version is interchangeable with the original version (meaning you can [u]only use one[/u] of them!).

This plugin has limitations for some stuffs. Here's 6 of known issues: [secret] [size=150]Spawning of Monotrains[/size] It is necessary to build two (2) separate depot, and as much as possible, far from each other. In order to spawn monotrain to your railway network.

[size=150]Road Deco Influence[/size] Elevated Stations are road deco type, hence they didn't provide any influence.

[size=150]Drawing of Road Deco Under Bridge[/size] For now, road deco type elevated station can't recognize any bridge level that will pass above it, so it will draw road deco and bridge at the same time. Just try to avoid it.
