I was playing GTA VC earlier and i thought why not make a retro style jet. So here it is A TF-100 jet by Borbor in the livery of a made up 80's Airline.

I might make more of them on the TF 70, T 430 and T 340. I'm planning to make a stretched version of the TF 70 it will probably look like the MD-80 🤔

Hello , here is my new plugin : a small industrial expansion package .

This is a small package combining all the industrial buildings i made so far , with the exception of the SLC Modulable Warehouse and the Sevelia grain plant , which can be found in the forum . 3 2x2 TT factories where part of an large modulable factory which has been discarded a long time ago .

This plugin was requested by @EvanWheeler , as well as other players too. TTT industry was requested by @Yusuf ( sorry if its only one building for now , i struggle finding decent TTT industries )

I hope to include more buildings in the future .

Here are all the buildings included in the pack :

This pack contains :

• 3 4x4 T level industrial buildings
• some TT 2x2 , 3x3 , 4x4 warehouses , as well as an extra 1x1 building
• a modulable TT forklift truck depot
• a 4x4 TTT pharmaceutical lab.

Some use "draw ground" , "true", so you can change the ground as you want :)

Night and snow graphics aren't included .

Hello everyone!

This is my biggest plugin of them all, the Riverside Plaza (Minneapolis Residential Pack Pt. 2)! It contains 9 buildings that come from three areas:

1. Riverside Plaza (Buildings 1 - 6)
2. 515 On the Park (Building 9)
3. Cedar High Apartments (Buildings 7 & 8) It took me about 3-7 days to make this. The next plugin would contain 7 buildings and will be called Minneapolis Public Housing Pack (Minneapolis Residential Pack Pt. 2).

Advice/Feedback/Critism are all accepted.

As your city planners will know a city's roads need to be cleaned and maintained. Because of this reason you need workers and of course materials to do these said things. And this is what we're doing with this plugin. In this plugin, there are 3 diffrent hangars,one garbage pitt and a main headquarters where your road maintenance projects are led... And there are also vehicles to ease your workers' transport and one road sweeper to clean the roads. Last but not least there is a dirt road with no grass ,one dirt decal which is made by Pounkiller and a water tower, which come with the plugin. /Screenshot
