These buildings are inspired in a city called San Francisco. San Francisco has very dense housing so I made my own.

This plugin would originally have 5 buildings, but I reduced it to two. You can use it to build your microdistrict as seen in this photo. It is inspired from the Marina District?. This plugin covers Residentials T, TT, and TTT. Anyway, enjoy my plugins!

The second part of San Francisco Residential Series is here! I was originally to include nine buildings, but I added two new buildings (marked in square). It is also my first plugin to contain a college (a set of images.) Most are low and mid rise, but some are high rises. My next plugin would be Part 3. Part 3 would contain around 30-45 buildings (including parts). I would also introduce a TTT building, something I've never been done before. I expect Part 3 to be published by the end of June or early July.

By the way, here are the the original buildings:

1. ParkMerced High-Rises - 8, 11, 13, 14, and 17 stories in height.
2. 50-52 Summit Way - Four stories in height.
3. Building F of San Francisco State University - 10 stories in height.
4. La Playa Apartment - 4 stories high.
5. 4740 Balboa St. 1x2 and includes two parts. One is four stories and the other is 6.5 stories high. (with half of the roof roof raised above.)
6. 4210 Balboa St. 6-story corner building.
7. 3506 Balboa St. 4-story corner building.
8. 6835 Geary Blvd. 4-story I-shaped building.
9. Shelter Creek Condos - 3-story Single Tower building.

Extra Buildings:

1. 6242-6260 Geary Blvd. - 6-story corner buildinh with stores.

This is my new plugin: a small pack of 3 2x2 rowhouses from San Sebastian, Spain.

The idea was indirectly made by Montemarino since he asked for me to make an apartement building from the same city . I checked how the building and how the city looked and i found it pretty beautiful ;) So i started with these houses , i guess . So i might make an entire pack about San Sebastian ^^

The 3 buildings are 2x2 TT level residential buildings . They can be put together like in the image ( and in reality ) since they are modulable . No animations are provided ( because the floors aren't on the same level on some buildings ) . Night graphics and snow graphics aren't included either .

Hello, This is my first plugin since March. But this is not anything really new. This is my second version of my other scaffolding pack. What's new? On my other version, there was a grass texture on the bottom of the scaffolding, so it only looked good when placed on grass. This, however, doesn't have the grass texture, so it looks good on anything, including snow and sand. Credits to Lobby and Theo for these
