This is an idea that I had some years ago This farm is a bit weird but I'm sure that will be useful to someone. This plugin has 4 plant variation (the same to each level) with a water turret (lvl 2) all 1x1 that has its own zone.

Hello! Some SC4 Fan here. Here's a new plugin that will add two buildings that will fit in the suburbs.

Credits to Lobby and Theo for some of the textures.

I took the blue one (TT.10) from a picture I found on the net. The white one (TT.9) has left and right variants.

The main highlight of this plugin is a new zone - the suburban zone. It's cheaper and less demanding than the default residential zone, and only small, custom suburban buildings will be built here. It's perfect for the early game because it doesn't need large investments to place, and lower upkeep costs help with further development. However, you will need to replace those if you want to have dense and rich buildings in your city.

Houses built on this zone will contain a bit less people than the default zones. They are completely random - up to a total of 1188 color and model combinations. If you provide them with parks, they will grow into bigger residences with higher population capacity. If they have education too, they can reach level 2.

Suburban Living contains a few other features too - two new roads with winter frames, a 2x2 rotation aware park for small towns and a few decoration buildings placed automatically in the zone. Make sure to check the color bias setting too!

This plugin is still in development - expect updates, fixes and new content, but most importantly, have fun!

Hi guys, I fixed up an alternative road that can be used in suburban areas or low density commercial areas for example. It is intended as an intermediate between the in-game dirt road and the country road, therefore I've set its speed to 1.5. The texture is based on roads by Lobby and Theo.

Hello, I've been gone for a while but I'm back. Throughout all my plugins, I've never once made a basic house. It's time for that to change. Now, I'm used to making theme based buildings (apocalypse, mining town, GTF) but I've never tried just plain houses. This is my first, it's not fantastic if I'm honest but it's my first go and I hope to get better. (I'd really appreciate some tips)

Hi my fellow Theonians, this one might be one of my last plugins for an unforeseeable time, as I will have much less time for personal stuff in the coming months due to professional reasons. But in the meantime, I would like to finally share my Sunken Highway Walls, which some of you might have seen already on a screenshot in another thread some weeks ago. I've been pondering over this plugin for a long time now, considering to change this and that, but now I realized, that most likely I won't do anything more to it. So I thought, I might as well release it now, before forgetting all about it. The walls are probably not perfect, but some of you might find them useful anyway.

The plugin can create the illusion of a layered surface. It works different to Kingtut's Elevated Terrain in that it is purely fake-3D. It does not actually add a an additional level of terrain, it just looks that way. You can use it to create the appearance of both a higher and a lower level (see images below).

The set contains five different rotation aware puzzle pieces, that you will have to place one by one. (Sorry, a linetool is not possible here. Believe me, I've tried it...):

• a straight piece
• an outer corner
• an inner corner
• a right end
• a left end I recommend using the end-pieces next to crossing bridges to make a believable transition, as underbridge-pieces are not possible, as far as I know.

The pieces have a minimal (monthly) price, but of course you can set these to 0 in the json if you choose so.

Of course, You can use these walls with any street-type, not only with highways, or even without any road at all.

Suzhou Zhongnan Center (苏州中南中心) The building was supposed to be built to 729 meters.

However, for some reasons, the construction height of the building was changed to 499 meters. I think it's a pity, so I made a Zhongnan center plug-in of the original scheme.
