Hi folks, today I have a building, that is inspired by a tower in the Dominican Republic which was recently suggested by former member . As my building is not an exact replica of this real-life counterpart, I decided to give it a different name that celebrates our favorite game and its creator(s). The building comes in four variations, three TT-residentials and one TT-commercial office building, each on 3x3-lots, which differ in height and appearance. I used a tree by Lobby & Theo in two of the variants.

Please note: I have made slight changes to the roofs of the red and yellow buildings by now, which are not reflected in the preview image (sorry, I was to lazy to update the image).

UPDATE 2: I've added a second version of the plugin with ingame trees instead of palmtrees. Both plugins are interchangeable, so no need to bulldoze existing houses in your city, [u]but you cannot use both versions at the same time[/u]. So, if you want to turn your city into a palm-free zone than download the second version and replace your existing folder ;)

Hi, I came back Here I bring you a skyscraper from Mexico. The Torre Mayor is a 225-metres skyscraper (738 feet) which was built between 1997 and 2002. It was called like that because "Mayor" in Spanish means "Highest", and when was completed it was the highest tower in Mexico.

It's a 4x4 lamdmark building that has got night animations and a nice heliport at the top :)

Tour CB21, formerly Tour Gan, is an office skyscraper located in La Défense, the high-rise business district situated west of Paris, France. It was designed by celebrated American architect Max Abramovitz.

Built from 1972 to 1974, the tower is 179 m (587 ft) tall at roof height. It is the fourth-tallest skyscraper in La Défense after Tour First, Tour Total and Tour Areva. Its ground shape is in the form of a Greek cross. (Information taken from Wikipedia).

This is the Archive building in Rouen, Normandy. As the name suggests, it's an archive building. It's 104m tall, 34 floors and it ended construction in 1965. As you can see, it's using a very bleak colour system and has exposed concrete supports - this is a common characteristic of the Brutalist architecture movement during the reconstruction period.

Here is my new plugin: a reproduction of the Tour Front de Seine ( En : Seine's Waterfront Tower ) .

It is a mixed building ( offices and appartements buildings ) located in Rouen , Normandy , France . As the name suggests , it is close to the Seine River . It has been built in 1974 and its the tallest commercial building of the city ( the biggest tower is the Tower of Departemental Archives )

In the TheoTown version , it is declined in 4 height versions . It use the system of animations , so the tower will not take a lot of space . It is an commercial TT-level building , and its in a 3x3 tile .

Hi, this time I would like to present a selection of traffic barriers which you can use for your highways, but also avenues and other road types. It consists of three separate plugins so that you can select the parts you want to use and leave out those which you won't need.

Here are the three parts:

This is probably the basic and most important part, which works fine on its own, i.e. even without the other two parts. It adds median barriers which are intended to be placed between the lanes of a highway. It consists of two linetools, one with lamps, one without lamps. Personally I think the spacing between the lamps in the linetool is too narrow, but I included it anyway, because some people might feel different about it. But I also added a rotation aware puzzle piece with a lamp that allows you to create variable spacings between the lamps. To use this you would want to draw a barrier with the linetool without lamps first and then put the single lamp piece over it whereever you want a lamp to be. I suggest to place on every second tile (see example picture above). As long as you don't draw over it with the linetool again, the barriers will retain a correct transition to the puzzle pieces.

This is an optional part. It adds puzzle pieces of single barriers which are intended to be placed at the sides of the lanes. I wanted to make these as linetools, too, but unfortunately map rotation wouldn't work due to the asymmetry of the tiles. So I had to stick to rotation aware puzzle pieces. Note that outer corners are not included because they are unnecessary. Just leave the outer corner tiles empty.

This is another optional part. It acts as an addon to my New Soundwalls plugin: http://www.theotown.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=4279 Essentially, these pieces are the same as the above single barriers just with Soundwalls added to them. You can use these pieces in conjunction with my New Soundwalls in places where you want to have a barrier at the side of the roads. Again, a linetool is not possible here unfortunately. These pieces have the same noise reductive function as the New Soundwalls. Please note, that here you would have to place the provided outer corner (OC) tiles.

This is kinda a spiritual follow-up to my Parked Car Decos plugin, but this time for trains ! I've made a hæll of a pack with this and included 19 single,23 multiple 1x1,6 2x2 and 2 3x3 decorations,specificly designed for your needs! Moreover, by having the aforementioned addon in your game you can create beatifull looking trainyards and traingraveyards!!

Although I've gathered them together myself, the textures themselves are made by a great deal of people including,Me,Yusuf&Borbor,Mdk and [size=85]ofcourse[/size] Lobby&Theo.
