This plugin adds 50 Ural pre-revolutionary buildings (+1 in the latest update). With it, you can rebuild your city center! If you do not want to build the center of a post-Soviet city, this does not mean that you do not need to download the plugin, since the buildings are similar (due to the fact that in the Russian Empire. Hi there, this is a selection of smaller props that I've made here and there over the last couple of months. You can use them to, as the name suggests, add some small details to your urban areas.

• two German style phonebooths.

• four of my palmtrees, each sitting on a foundation by Lobby & Theo.

• a tree by Lobby & Theo on the same foundation. [the above props are all combined in a single menu entry]

• various groups of people.

• a rotation aware bench with trashbin.

• a rotation aware straight flowerbed (based on WTC park).

• straight and corner pieces of a smaller, rotation aware hedge, that sits on the edges of a tile.

Here is my new plugin : a reproduction of the US Bank Tower from Los Angeles , CA , United States .

It has been suggested in the TheoTown Discord , but i had thought of making it a long time ago .

It has 3 different height versions , due to animations . The building will only take 96x160 plug-in space . The most high building is around 450 pixels tall .

It is in TTT commercial , 3x3 tile.

Here is my new plugin : a US public housing building .

It has been suggested by Oshawotta737 in the comments , a long time ago ( sorry for the late )

So it is in a 4x4 tiles , has 4 versions using animations ;) It is in T level .

It is inspirated by a public housing project from Detroit , which is now doesn't exist anymore ( demolished )

Thanks for Oshawotta because i doesn't know what is a "public housing " which is equivalent to a HLM in France ( Low cost appartements )

Also there is a bug on my picture , the white pixels on the building appear only when we dezoom the wiew .

Here is my new plugin : a US residential expension pack .

This small pack that add 9 differents 2x2 US houses . It contain 4 reworked houses from my Texas Houses pack ( like Wetguy and CommanderAbab have pointed out some mistakes ) , a San Diego house from my San Diego house , 2 houses from New Mexico and 2 houses from Washington State.

!**YOU NEED TO DELETE MY " TEXAS HOUSES " PLUGIN FROM YOUR PLUGIN FILES IF YOU HAD INSTALLED IT ( 2 buildings id are the same ) **! You should remove my San Diego house one too ( no same ids , but it take you less useless plugins space )

You may need to turn on experimental features and debug in the settings to find downloaded buildings !

New houses are coming for this pack . I thought about making more houses , like some Chicago houses . It may turn in a zone if i have enough buildings .
