Three buildings from Detroit I recreated: the Penobscot Building, the David Broderick Tower and a corner store. The Penobscot Building is a 5x5 level TTT commercial building. The Broderick Tower consists of two 3x3 buildings: The tower itself is a TT residential and the second part is a level T commercial. Inspired from the bike lanes that can be found in the Netherlands.

Dutch bike lanes are well-signed and easy to follow. They are typically marked with a red asphalt surface and a white bike symbol. There is also a network of national and regional bike routes that cyclists can follow. They are also are well-connected to each other and to other modes of transportation. This makes it easy for cyclists to get around and to access public transportation, schools, and other destinations.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I just noticed the error.

I wasn't very satisfied with my first plugin anymore, so i decided to redo it. This is the water tower of Hoogkarspel, it was built in 1930. It's around 50 metres tall and holds 1000 cubic metres of water.

It also has a variant with only water in case you want to use it as an island. It costs 15k theons, costs 60t monthly and produces 8000l of water.

UPDATE 3-6-2024

added four new buildings and updated the graphics for the 3x3 fire station.

UPDATE 18-6-2022: This update adds 11 new buildings. The focus of this update was to add a couple of level TTT residentials since those were missing in the custom residential zone. Also now each residential level has at least one dense building.

UPDATE 1: 23-4-2022

This update is a major overhaul of the plugin. I added many new residential buildings, a custom residential zone with 4 decorations, a fire station and a police precinct. Most of the old residential buildings have been updated with improved graphics. I made sure that all updated buildings have the same building ID so when you already have this plugin your buildings will still be there where you placed them. I also posted a seperate plugin containing the old graphics of the updated buildings for those who still wanted the old ones.

About the plugin: This pack contains 30+ buildings that are all either inspired by or based upon buildings from mostly New York City. Most of them are residential but there are also a couple of commercial buildings, two fire stations and a police precinct. All residential buildings are part of a custom residential zone. There is also a seperate plugin containing all the old graphics that were replaced in the previous update. You can find it in the theotown forum on this plugin's page there.

  • 4 1x1 decorations
  • 6 1x1 houses
  • 13 2x2 buildings
  • 4 3x3 buildings
  • 3 4x4 building
