Three buildings from Detroit I recreated: the Penobscot Building, the David Broderick Tower and a corner store. The Penobscot Building is a 5x5 level TTT commercial building. The Broderick Tower consists of two 3x3 buildings: The tower itself is a TT residential and the second part is a level T commercial. The corner store is a recreation of the building on the corner of Broadway and Gratoit Avenue. All buildings come with night animations. Download
