Hi guys, so, after the Sound Walls which I certainly could not have done without the help of former member (thanks again!), I started to look further into creating plugins and especially json-files on my own, because I had no clue on how to work that. After some tedious errors I now have finished my first fully self-created plugin: Fence Pack by mdk_813

I know there is already the possibility to use the fences from the military addon, however these are double fences which are not really suitable for general use in a city (and also they define a military zone. So, I wanted to create some fences on my own. The pack contains a normal wire fence and a barbedwire fence version. Both are fully modular. I hope you enjoy.

[size=150]UPDATE: Fence_Linetool_mdk_813.zip[/size] I've turned both fence types into linetools in order to make placement much easier. Also, I've added a police influence so that the fences actually reduce crime. The barbed fence is obviously more effective in reducing crime than the regular fence, but the former is also a bit more costly than the latter. The two fences can be found in the deco menu.

So, for the sake of increasing the ease of use and to get the additional benefit of crime reduction, I strongly recommend redownloading the plugin. [u]Please note, this new plugin does not replace the older one[/u]. Therefore, you will need to bulldoze all the old fences in your cities before deleting the old plugin form your plugin folder.

You may feel shocked about this new plugin I'm gonna release. It may seem different from other plugins I have created. This is a modern building found in my city here in Cagayan de Oro. Well these buildings have been changed a bit on my perspective and such. But I retained mostly the real features the building has.

This consists of 5 buildings found in Upper Balulang ( Uptown ) Cagayan de Oro. I hope you enjoy this plugin and wishing you all the best!

Here's a building on my hometown which features a wet market and a supermarket on the 2nd level. This is like one of our main markets in the city. And this would look good on your medium rise borough on your city. This gives jobs to your low-income population. I hope you guys would like my plugin.. :bp

I present you a plugin that fills ALL requirements of RCI. This covers all the map so now you don't need to put 100 churches while making a realistic city.

There are 5 buildings which you can find them all in one category called "Sandbox", that is in the public category. The 5 buildings are a mage that covers almost everything, the health icon one covers health happiness, the education icon that covers the education happiness, the trash icon covers waste disposal happiness and the funeral icon covers body disposal happiness. You can also choose to be invisible if you don't want to be visible

(Note: this plugin is only for SANDBOX and FREE MODE, you can't build them in non sandbox/ free mode cities)

Warning: This plugin DISABLES achievements since it's an OP plugin. Disable the plugin if you want to get those achievements.
