Hi, there! Here I bring you a famous building from New York, the Flatiron Building is an emblematic 22-floor building located in Midtown Manhattan, specifically in Flatiron District, named in honor of it. It was built in 1902 qnd its height is of 87 metres (283 feet). Also, when it was built, it was one of the highest skyscrappers in New York.

It's a 3x3 landmark building with night lights and a non-ground version for you to choose the decal you want ;) Hope you like it!

Second plugin in the same day xD, unfortunatly i will have a few time during the next week ( exams .....)

This is a small fracking site.

Idea proposed by Mr . Spock in the forum .

It is on a 2x2 tile , provides 11 jobs and cause 16 pollution / 9 noise . And also , it take 40 water. It doesn't work exactly like Mr.Spock idea ( oil and fracking management ) , sorry about it :/

Here is my masterpiece plugin , the French Buildings Pack !

In a new updated version ( October 2020 ) !

For people who remember , this pack was released like 2 years ago . It took me 1 year to complete this new update . The first version had around 35 buildings , and a special zone with it . But unfortunatly due to a in-game update , several users encounters zone bugs , which caused a lot of issues. I took it down for a few months , and started to work on the " big " update . During the last year, i worked on some more buildings , and now we have around 95+ buildings ! Some of them are made in my new , better way of making plugins : using picture's palettes and even more detailing . Also , since i'm back to school, i might have less Time for making plugins. So , a possible update is planned ( with more buildings , more updated ones ) . It might take some time ( again ) . But we will see it in the future ! This new update contains 25 + more buildings , mainly city houses and village houses , as well as a few public housing projects and also an old building from the first version reworked !
