Hello , here is my new plugin : a classic-looking French Elementary School.

It is based on a real school in Oissel , France .

I made it because there is not a lot of variety in school buildings and stuff in Theotown .

Its a 6x6 building and provides low-education for your cities .

The ground is removed , allowing you to use different sort of grounds :

I working on it during the last 3 days .

Some people , like Themax and Montemarino , asked me to make the side concrete wall as a fence . I don't know it will be made , since i don't know how to make fences yet .

Night and snow graphics aren't included .

This plugin is a collection of low density French houses, flats and buildings, for T, TT and TTT level. I originally planned to include them in the original pack but i faced some issues. Instead, i decided to make them as a standalone pack.

The pack includes:

• 10 1x1 T houses from Grand-Quevilly
• 4 1x1 T corner house
• 8 1x1 T 1930's workers houses from Chartres
• 4 1x1 TT houses from Gonneville-La-Mallet + a deco garage
• 1 1x1 house from Le Havre
• 2 2x2 houses from Dieppe
• 1 3x3 mansion house from Trouville-Sur-Mer
• 2 1x1 TTT new art house from Vichy
• 1 3x3 parisian building
• 1 2x2 modern suburbian house (which looks Japanese)
• several mirrored variants of houses from the original pack (suggested by xxx and PixelBit)

Some of the houses are modulable: you can recreate the original building, or go on with your own design. The ground is removed, so you can put any sort of ground you want below it.

Hello , here is third of my new plugins for the special 14th June 2021 plugin release :)

It is a collection of French Public Housing Projects . I made them as a standalone pack because it can takes quite some plugin space .

I tried to make some interresting ones , in order to not make very repetitive buildings . The Aillaud / Cloud Tower was the first one i made for this pack around the end of 2019 , but I never finished to make the other color variants . So , it stayed unused before i decided to create this pack .

I made this pack because i wanted to create realistic public housing projects in my Theotown city , and the ones i made for the original French Pack ( especially the 2x2 ones ) are pretty bad in my opinion .

The buildings included are :

• 3 height versions 4x4 Aillaud / Cloud Towers ( Tours Nuages ) from Nanterre
• 2 low and higher 5x5 " Tours Neyrat " from Clermont-Ferrand
• 3 2x2 refurbished low-density appartements from Dieppe
• 8x4 twin towers " Tours Horizons " from Rennes
• 2 height versions 3x5 appartements building from Southern Rennes
• 3x3 appartement block building from Rennes with 4 height versions using animations
• 1 4x4 + 2 2x2 " Cité Roguet " from Bordeaux
• 1 4x4 + 3 3x3 modulable parts " Tours Monthieu " from Saint-Étienne
• 2 3x3 public housing projects , unknown name / location ( based on buildings from a postcard )

I might make more public housing projects in the future , and include more animations for them ( eventhough its quite a pain to do )

Hey, guys. This is still far from perfect.

I present to you a futuristic Cab Depot that spawns 15 glyder-taxi-cabs that hover around your city at a radius of 150. Please note that the taxi cabs sometimes move out of the road lines just a bit. If you can help me solve that, please send your suggestions. Also, what else should I improve? Credits to Theo and Lobby for the Taxi Depot building I edited to bring this one to life. Anyways. I would like to post a "little" peeks on my WIP Futuristic city system.

What will included in my plugins: • Town hall as a residential building (It can only be built once and non auto-build).

• High-tech version of an existing residential zone, both normal and dense one.

• Speaking of dense zone, all the skyscrapers will be modular unlike its normal counter part. • Services building • Public buildings And more to come!

Hello fellow city builders, I present to you the roads of the future. This is the first diagonal road pack that supports diagonal bridges in the game. It is a bit more expensive compared to your traditional roads, but it supports faster speeds for vehicles, deeper tunnels, and higher level bridges.

Road map: V1— two-way diagonal road V2— one-way diagonal road V3— avenue road V4— highways V5— categories V6— ???

V1 contains: two-way diagonal road V2 contains: one-way diagonal road V3 contains: avenue diagonal road intersection road pedestrian crossing road pedestrian crossing road decoration (found in road decos) V4 contains: highway diagonal road V5 contains: separate category allow diagonal attribute V5.1 contains: fix for the new update

V5.1 download:

TUTORIALS [spoiler=Tutorial for making diagonal road bridge] [u]Step 1:[/u] Construct the diagonal section of your bridge first. Make sure it is not connected to anything else yet.

[u]Step 2:[/u] Tap on the bridge and upgrade it to the suitable bridge type. For this example we will upgrade it to the horizontal view.

[u]Step 3:[/u] Connect both ends with straight bridge pieces and you're done. This also applies to the vertical orientation of the bridge. [/spoiler]

[spoiler=Tutorial for making avenues] [u]Step 1:(top)[/u] Build the dimensions of your avenue road first. Construct its width and length.

[u]Step 2:(middle)[/u] Construct the width all across the avenue's length.

[u]Step 3:(bottom)[/u] Connect all the roads of the avenue. (In this example we just made a six lane avenue going one direction. You have to do this method for each direction.) [/spoiler]

[spoiler=Tutorial for making intersections] [u]Step 1:[/u] Use the "futuristic intersection road" and fill in the intersection of your road. That's basically it. [/spoiler]

[spoiler=Tutorial for making crossings] For odd-numbered roads: [u]Step 1:[/u] Place the "futuristic intersection road" on both sides of the avenue.

[u]Step 2:[/u] Destroy the road in between and replace it with a "futuristic road crossing"

[u]Step 3:[/u] Repair the top part with an avenue road, then add crossings to both sides of the avenue. Then repeat the process for the remaining sections.

For even-numbered roads: [u]Step 1:[/u] Place the "futuristic road crossing" on both sides of the avenue and repeat the process. [/spoiler]

[spoiler=Tips for making diagonal avenues] To make horizontal avenues, the arrows should point at Northwest or Southeast

To make vertical avenues, the arrows should point at Northeast or Southwest [/spoiler]

[u]Important Notes:[/u] -Currently the bridge is only limited to two view orientations, so rotating the map will ruin the effect. I don't think there's anything around this problem, so you'll just have to live with it.

-The same principles apply to making their bridge counterparts, such as the roads, avenues, and intersections.

-These tutorials are just here to give you the basic understanding of how this road network works. There are other methods and techniques to placing them faster and easier. There are also numerous combinations you can make with these. Just learn and explore how this operates and you can make marvelous things.
