Garden Rivera is a private housing estate in Shatin, Hong Kong. It was built in 1984. The height is supposed to by 36 stories, but I split it into 3 height variants to give it more flexibility. It comes in 12, 24, and 36 story versions. You can use it to make a Hong Kong-style neighborhood or make it into a public housing estate I made. The ground was removed so you can put anything below it. Bye!

Hello everyone ! Here is my new plugin : a small reproduction of the Rouen's main railstation .

I originally made around Spring 2019 ( as well as some of the buildings around , included in the French Pack ) , but never released it . Then Themax worked on his train expansion , which reminded me of my unused building . I planned first giving it to his project , but it would need some work before that ( i don't want to give low quality stuff ). It was then decided with Themax to just make it a standalone plugin .

Old 2019 version :

I then proceed to rework it today : i made it larger , because it looked way too small by comparaison with the other buildings .I made it less bright , to be more accurate with the real one . I changed the roof with a better blue color. I updated the towers , the front entrance , the sides and the roof .

The railway station is in a art deco style and was made in 1928 . It features a large clock tower . The railtracks are below the ground level .

This buildings is only for decoration purposes ( it doesn't spawn trains) . I recommand to use with Themax Train Extension pack for better experience . The building cost 30k to build and has some management, culture and park influence .

Themax Train Extension Pack is available in the plugin store .

The pack contains :

• 6x6 main building

Night and Snow graphics aren't included.

This is a Gas Station Pack that contains four variants of gas stations from different oil-companies. The gas stations are 3x3 level-1 commercial buildings with 40 workers. The buildings were designed by me, but the cars used on the lots are some of the original cars from Theotown made by Lobby and theotheoderich. The tarmac texture was also created by me, but it is designed to align with the commercial parking lot pieces in the decorations menu.

This plugin features 12 types of Georgian terraced buildings, 18th/19th century brick buildings very common in England, London in particular, of which 9 are three-story and 3 are two-story. All the buildings are rotation aware and have night animation, but there is no corner building available, as well as the buildings being residential only.

Godzilla from the monsterverse. A colossal, radiation-fueled sea monster. Often a destructive force or reluctant protector, Godzilla symbolizes nuclear fear and environmental warning.

NOTE: This plugin is 16x16 tiles meaning it is very huge. it only contain Godzilla itself and an Atomic Breath charge up animation upgrade. it doesn't really breath atomic breath only the charge up animation.

Nor casino or anything, this building provides 10,000 workers, and spawns 5 alphards

So I recently had the idea to import buildings from Google earth into Theotown via photo editing. Was quite a tricky process to get right, but I think this is a cool first proof of concept. I made the 1000 de La Gauchetière, a mixed commercial building from my hometown of Montreal. Overall the building is noticeably imported looking from up close, however when zooming out I think it looks fine. Here's how it looks in my city:

Anyways it would be neat to see what can be done with direct Google earth imports. In no way should it replace drawing plugins, but I can see it becoming a useful tool to create more accurate buildings.
