Government Testing Facilities or GTF for short is a secret Government funded organisation that strives to test new and innovative ways of aiding cities, whether it be new forms of power, water or measures to reduce pollution and noise, GTF has a solution for it.

This plugin pack is vaguely modelled after the DSA we all know and love. The organisation is a bit small at the moment but currently it has: its own category, terrain type, 2 roads, 3 small sub-division buildings, a water and power plant, a pollution reducer, nuclear reactor, cooling tower, lab and office. 6 of the buildings all have 2 extra upgrades that furthers their existing traits.

me and my brother here need your permission and your blessing to start our new business. you see, corn or grain industry generally in your city is getting bigger by the day and we like to fill the need of storage units such as tankers and elevators. our business will provide a public service for farmers to bring their corn and grain loaded on their trucks to store it in our elevators. also will provide a service of building a mass tankers in their own farms near their houses.

PS: buildings in screenshot they look too bright but in game they don't, or at least that's what i think.

In this part of the Decal pack, I present you Grass&Dirt decals. As you know there are a lot of textures that we cannot use in-game but I am trying to solve that issue with the Decal pack and I'm adding some extra textures in it too... This part of the pack has 5 grass textures and 2 dirt textures that is from the original game. The reason that I included the normal ground textures is that when you replace them with land it becomes more green-ish...

Hello! Some SC4 Fan here. This is a better version of that green-roofed house that I made last year. I don't know what to do with this... So I just wanted to post it here. Credit to Lobby And Theo for decal and tree.

Hi, this is a modular greenhouse, which you can use to further decorate your farming areas. The set consists of three different buildings (all rotation aware):

• a 2x2 single greenhouse, which you can place individually.
• 2x2 connector pieces (purple)...
• and 2x2 endpieces (orange) which you can use to build larger greenhouses.

The orange and purple sides indicate where to put neighboring pieces. So, if you placed everything correctly, the purple and orange colors should be hidden by the other pieces.

The single greenhouse costs 2000T and the modular pieces cost 1000T each.

That's it basically.

A simple plugin that uses in-game water textures to have water that you can place as ground. It's not animated, however, you can place it on and near slopes. Full credit goes to the game developers for the textures.

Here is my new plugin : a small pack that add 5 2x2 houses from GTA SA .

The idea was given by Khadafi Kaidi ( #CJ house challenge ) but i had already made 3 of the houses a long time ago . But hopefully , i updated them ;) So this pack contain :

• CJ house
• Sweet house
• Ryder House
• Big Smoke House and a blue flat from Seville Boulevard.

All of them are T - level residents.

The GTF is a big organisation that is mainly dedicated to making new ways of generating power or supplying water. Because of the vastness of GTF, the lead executives have decided to create an off shoot branch of GTF as to deal with the publics queries. Yup, the GTF public sector is here!

Right, I'm sure you've noticed that the 3 small buildings in the original GTF pack have gone. That's not a mistake. I've decided to release a separate plugin dedicated to GTF in the public eye. I will update this, but as of right now, it has: the 3 small buildings, a main 3x3 building, a terrain type and a custom road.

The GTF public sector unlocks at level 14. Credit to the Lobby for the car models and tree textures, also a thank you to CommanderABab who helped me out when I was being stupid. Enjoy!
