Here is my new plugin : the Normandy Bridge ( Pont de Normandie ) as a decoration for your cities .

This famous French bridge is located in Normandy , near the cities of Le Havre and Honfleur , on the highway A 29. It has been built in 199x and its the last bridge to cross the Seine River before the seas.

This plugin is a simplified version of the real bridge . In reality , the bridge is curved but it would be a total nightmare to make a working bridge with cars .

The bridge is modulable , you can put more arches or less than in reality, making it longer , using the different pieces .

This plugin contains :

• 4 2x2 large pillar parts
• 2 1x1 small modulable side parts
• 1 Normandy Bridge road decal with railguard , sidewalks and bike lanes
• 2 1x1 Normandy Bridge Lamps as decoration
• 1 1x1 small riverbank pillar

THE BRIDGE NEED TO BE BUILT NEAR A ROAD ON LEVEL +2 !

After doing some road like decals in my Asphalt Decals plugin I have decided to make some more textures for it and make it into an actual road ! Poorly Maintained Asphalt Road (for short PMAR) is a questionable road plugin because of it's poor maintance it has lower costs but that limits the speed that cars can drive on it but at least it has a matching aesthetic for abandoned and-or industrial areas.

Things to keep in mind before using some of the buildings:

An 8x8 level TTT residential is one of them: That is 64 squares to be zoned, if they are not already. If your TTT residential price is 10000 Theons, that could be 640,000 Theons to place it. If you place it in a non-zoned area, it could place your estate in the red. Don't use it unless you have a substantial estate and a positive monthly income. Why?. Because you cannot recover any of the cost by removing it because it is residential. Other things needed: hospitals, high school education, parks nearby, fire, and police, sports, and religion, water, roads, bustops, electricity. If you don't have these, don't place it! Set the space aside and build the other things first.

It will probably put the actung warning [img]http://www.theotown.com/forum/userpix/487_200pxachtungsvg_2.png[/img] on all nearby schools and hospitals. It will not fully populate most likely until those are gone.

If you did not heed the above advice, you will just have to wait it out!

It is one .json file with: [list]three cars, the above mentioned residential, a 4x4 level TTT residential, 1x1 level TT harbor industry, a one tile level TTT Commercial, a 3x3 level TTT Commercial, a 1x1 level TTT gold mine entrance, a 3x3 level TTT gold mine complex, and the fishing hut park. Some use ids of previous plugins that I may have shared and might be resized. If so, they may be disconnected from roads if smaller or leave scarred land if larger and surrounded by road or other structures.

Some of these took a lot of work. :)

In my country we have a great enjoyment through our clumsy and potholed streets. Once this trump card I decided to make a joyful tribute to these streets, so there is a plugin example for TheoTown... O_o

For those who do not know, I tried to make an embassy of my country, of course I invented it, because this image does not exist in the real world. It took about 5 hours to do so because I'm still unexpected ... I hope you enjoy ...

This is my thirth plugin!

So, yeah. It pretty much is my first plugin there, I didn't want to start off that simple, so I made this small post office. At the end I noticed that the car is sorta too big, but it looks ok in my opinion.

In the future I'm gonna make it rotation aware, fix the number of spawning cars (it's sorta too many of them) and maybe add more size varieties and some decoration, also fix the texture to be more realistic.
