So, this is similar a plugin to Rail Decals but for my PMAR plugin, most people don't use decals in this way..nevertheless I have made this plugin for folks that use decals like I do. Its base texture, like it has always been, is Lobby&Theo's.

Forum plugins usually come with an attached .zip or .plugin file. The plugin attachment usually looks like this:
You would click on the filename, and it should get downloaded.
