Hello guys !

This pack is a collection of 5 small sport facilities ( ranging from a 1x1 basketball court to a 4x4 sport hall ) .

This pack was originally made in 2018 and is one of my first plugins . It was previously named '3 sports buildings ' and contained three sports buildings : a 2x2 outdoor gym , a 2x2 skatepark and a mini 1x1 basket ball court . The main aim of this pack was to give more variety for small sports facilities as the game lacked choices in my opinion . I feel its still true today : sure , there are now way more sports plugins , but most of them are big soccer stadiums .

In the end of 2024 , I was thinking of starting to rework some of my old assets to my today's standards and I have decided to update this pack : originally reworking the 3 original buildings , and then including new ones to give more worth to this pack !

So , alongside the reworked three buildings , you will also find a brand new 3x3 multipurpose sport park and a 4x4 sport hall , inspired by real facilities from my home region .

In the future , I plan to make a indoor swimming pool , but I'm also open to your ideas as well !

About the content of the pack :

This pack includes :

• A 1x1 half basketball court for crowed urban areas . It costs 1400 theo coins and has a small sport influence , small park influence , very small culture influence , and is unlocked at rank 2 .

• A 2x2 modern skatepark . It's inspired by a Minecraft build by the French Youtuber OraNN :
  It costs 5000 theo coins and has some sport influence , a few park influence , very small culture influence , and is unlocked at rank 3 .

• A 3x3 outdoor gym area inspirated by an outdoor gym that can found in the Vespucci beach in GTA SA / GTA V . It was previously 2x2 but I reworked it completely from scratch . It costs 8000 theo coins and sport influence , park influence , small culture influence , and is unlocked at rank 5 .

• A 3x3 multipurpose sport park inspired by a multipurpose park in Écrainville , France ( city stade ) . I wanted to make one of these because they are often the only sport facilities you can find in rural areas . It costs 7000 theo coins and has sport influence , a few park influence , very small culture influence , and is unlocked at rank 3 .

• A 4x4 sport hall inspired by the one in Saint - Jouin Bruneval , France . It costs 10000 theo coins and has sport influence , a few park influence , very small culture influence , and is unlocked at rank 4 .

A depot that improves transport happiness and spawns taxi's. It costs 8000 theons and has a monthly price of 40 theons. It appears in the 'Public' tab. I know I am not the first to make a taxi depot, but I just wanted to make one myself. Hope you like it :)

Here's my beach decorations that turns your beaches to a pretty beaches :)

Note: for shallow water only, I'm afraid it doesn't look good on regular water but i will try to make another for that kind of water :)

This plugin includes:

• 1x1 bonfire with 2x2 fire animation pixels and also smokes
• 1 beach volleyball that can place both land and water

New York Bank of America: I just liked the design, It is located near 500 Fifth Avenue. Update: some windows n the highest roof have visible interior

Hello again, it's been a while.

I've now decided to upload one of the last plugins that i've worked on around the beginning of this year.

It's a tower in the Shinjuku Business District in Tokyo Japan and I believe it serves as the head office for the Sompo Insurance company.

I quite liked making this tower; it was a nice but simple design and i think the scale fits well into the theotown aesthetic. While there's hardly any texturing on the plugin, the details on the bottom sort of ground the plugin and make it seem realistic. It even comes with a plugin manifest file!
