I saw this one in a Driver 1 Nyc mod of Beamng.drive.
I liked the design and i made it for TheoTown.

I saw a clone of this building in gta 3 there it was called "Morningstar tower", it is also present on the original cover of the first GTA.

I just liked the design, It is located near 500 Fifth Avenue.
Update: some windows n the highest roof have visible interior

I just liked the design again, it is located in lower manhattan, a little recognizable by its facade of curved windows
