Hi, there Here I bring you a famous building from Buenos Aires' conurbation. The Elefante Blanco is a 25-floor residential condomin with more than 900 apartments located in Avellaneda (Southern Buenos Aires). Its construction started in 2009 and it stopped in 2012 because they had no money to continue it.
It's a 6x6 level 1 residential building. Its English name is "White Elephant"
