Tumekan World Financial Center is a 98 story, 563.7 m Tower, located in Tumekan District, it is the 8th Tallest Building in Kelomakinaš. Construction Started in 1999, Tumekan World Financial Center, has a Observatory at 95th and 98th Floor. in 2007, The Tower was completed. today, it served a Financial Hub, and Currently owned by Kelbank (Kelomakinaš National Bank Corporation).

It was used as a Financial, Business Hub for the Financial District (Tumekan district).
