Hello everyone!

This is my sixth plugin, the Communist Khrushchyovka!

This pack contains 12 pieces. 3 2x2 pieces make a block, as shown in the photo. The pieces will be Residential TT, with capacity from 120 to 200 inhabitants.

Advice/Feedback/Critism are all accepted.

UPDATE: PUT COLOR TO MY BUILDINGS. UPDATE II: CHANGED COLOR AND PUT SHADING.
