Hello , here is one of my new plugin for the special 14th June 2021 plugin release :)

It is a collection of buildings from Le Havre . I originally planned to make the plugins standalone but i decided to include them in the same city-based pack ( like Montemarino with his SF pack , or Bernado Brendao with his Rio de Janeiro packs )

Le Havre is a large city , located in Normandy, in France . Its one of the main port areas of France ( and even Europe ) . The downtown area was destroyed during the WW2 and reconstructed in a modern way .

The buildings included are :

• Le Havre City Hall , built in 1958 ,
• A res-T modulable building , based on the post-WW2 downtown area ( Quai de Southampton ) ,
• A 3x3 and modulables 2x4 res-T buildings from a public housing complex in the northern district of Mont-Gaillard ( i made the tower around 2019 , and made the smaller buildings much later ),
• And lastly , a 2x5 com-TT modulable modern office building " Le Colbert "

Most of the content included is modulable : you can recreate the original building , or go on with your own design . The ground is removed , so you can put any sort of ground you want below it .

I plan to make more buildings from Le Havre in the future .

Night and snow graphics aren't included .
