when i was building my cities i needed few specific building with specific size. one of those building are roundabouts. i built and used this plugin as a roundabouts. nevertheless, i added them to park category to have environment influence incase you wanted them this way.

:idea: there will be updates to add more roundabouts in the future so make sure you check back.
