This week's project is the ACROS from Fukuoka, Japan. The ACROS stands for "Asian Cross Road Over the Sea" and is the heart of the international exchange of culture and information. The "greenery" aspects of the building also give it a park quality so this plugin has both Cultural and Park influence.
