2x2 medium sized fire department. it is cheaper than the ingame 2x2 department, but it has a smaller range. So it basicly functions as an extra step between the ingame 1x1 and 2x2 fire departments. The building spawn regular firetrucks and small fire department cars like the one from the graphic of the ingame 1x1 fire department, parked next to the building.
