It's my very first plug-in,so it's not that good. I put it in park, but it also has a large scale of Park,Culture and Religion influences. Forum plugins usually come with an attached .zip or .plugin file. The plugin attachment usually looks like this:
You would click on the filename, and it should get downloaded.
