As you know,TheoTown has a lot of textures that we cannot use as decals, that is not a problem no more with Asphalt decals, now you can place almost all of the asphalt textures to diffrent districts as decals and use ''mark as road'' plugin to make it a functional road...or you can just download my most recent plugin instead. This plugin futures,4 new asphalt decals and 2 new asphalt road ''decals''...

Forum plugins usually come with an attached .zip or .plugin file. The plugin attachment usually looks like this:
You would click on the filename, and it should get downloaded.
