This is my new plugin: a 4x4 commercial tower for T level.
It is based on real buildings from Philadelphia, USA.
There were two buildings, a large and a smaller one. I choose the smallest, and LumPree the largest.
So this building is on a 4x4 tile and has 347 workers . I decided to put the tower in the T level because there are already a lot of offices in TTT level.
