Instructions:

1. Zone an area corresponding to road type.
2. Make sure it has water, electricity, and parks. For residential: schools also. For commercial: sports also.
3. Build the roads; and place some bus stops, fire, and police.
4. Enjoy! Some challenges surely await!

Each building has 500 residents or workers and is built as the road is built as long as the area has already been zoned corresponding to the road being used. You may zone regular or dense, it doesn't matter, the buildings will still be built. They are level 2. 50T for residential road, 501T for industrial and commercial.

Each zone has it's own car.
