IM BACK GUYS!

Yeah remember when I said I gave up on plugins? Well someone mentioned Russia to me and like Phil Swift and flextape I just slapped myself on! So for my first plugin back is a rather boring small one. But some guy on discord (you've offered to help so many times but I forgot you name :( ) Asked me to make an apartment like the ones in the Ukrainian radioactive town of Pripyat so here we go. This has one 2x2 building perfect for russian style cities! KGB looks a bit lonely but now it's got people to protect!

And before you think about it you cannot redistribute or use this in your plugins without my permission!
